“Shed Happens” Guarantee

We want every pup to love their antler (and every human to feel good about it too!). If something doesn’t meet your expectations, our team will work with you to make it right. Because, shed happens. 

What you need to know:

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason.
  • Send us an email at admin@mountainvalleyantler.com with your order number and what’s going on.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a pre-paid return label if needed.
  • Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as the original item is received.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. Original shipping fees are not refundable. 

We stand behind the quality of every antler we sell. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not what you expected, please contact us right away, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

  • Normal chewing wear isn’t considered a defect. Antlers are tough by nature and will naturally wear down over time.
  • Return requests made after 30 days of delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • This Mountain Valley Antlers “Shed Happens” Guarantee only applies to orders placed directly from mountainvalleyantlers.com and does not apply to items purchased from third-party vendors or websites.
